I have over 20 years’ experience in Learning and Development and have always been fascinated by how the mind works.
I’ve learnt that developing people is about balancing the head and heart, we have to first capture people’s imaginations, before we can create the change that delivers business results.
Emma
I have over 25 years’ experience in Supported Housing, developing services to meet the needs of vulnerable and socially disadvantaged people.
It’s important to me that we create a safe and challenging environment, where people can believe in themselves and achieve their potential. I use my leadership and management experience to bring training and coaching to life.
