“We’ve been working with Acacia for four years. We wanted something different for our Emerging Talent Programme. It represented a real commitment and investment from us. Acacia designed exactly what we were looking for: a hands-on learning experience, supported by coaches and mentors. We saw staff growing in skills and confidence day by day.
What differentiates Acacia, is their ability to design exactly what we need. They really care about our people and what we do.”

“The Barnet Group has worked with Acacia Coaching and Development for the past two years. They were instrumental in the design and delivery of managers and staff development workshops that supported our organisational transformation programme. I have never before met facilitators that maintain high levels of engagement and energy throughout the day with the right amount of challenge. This is down to their unique design, vast knowledge and experience around their subject, and their creative approach. They also contribute to our internal Apprenticeship training programme, which makes it the success it is year on year.
Whether management programmes or one to one coaching sessions, they deliver beyond expectation every single time. We look forward to continuing to work with Charlotte and Emma.”
Jennifer Wyatt – Learning and Development Consultant – The Barnet Group
“We were looking for an interactive day that would bring the team closer together. It was great that after the initial discussions I was able to leave the design and delivery in Acacia’s expert hands. They created a fun experience away from the office. My team enjoyed the day and came away with lots of ideas. Ideas that we have already started to implement with great results.”

“I am a class teacher who teaches in a inner-city school in the heart of Bristol. It is a rewarding and challenging job and no more so than this year. Back in March suddenly the world was in the grip of a global pandemic and the edcuation of the nation’s children suddenly changed. At this point I was offered the chance to take part in School Coaching Programme, which I agreed, not really knowing what to expect. What I experienced during the course of these sessions has informed, molded and changed elements of my practise for the better.
Back in March I was suddently required to deal with a great deal of change both personally and professionally. I was faced with a steep learning curve in the change of technology required to assimilate new teaching practises and I also had to manage a family with a member who was considered extremely vulnerable.
During my coaching session Charlotte was able to help me discuss my challenges and fears (of which I had many) I was required to work from home in a busy household, Manage the emotions of my family and also the worry about the children that are normally in my care in the classroom, but whom faced time at home often in challenging situations.
Charlotte was able to help me talk through many situations to enable me to have better clarity about what exactly I was feeling. We were able to talk about the elements of my job I was feeling challenging. At the beginning of the coaching process I felt that I had no control what so ever and that everything was just happening to me. Over the course of the sessions I was able to break down my concerns and find positive solutions. I found that as time went on I was able to be pro-active in my approach to my work and this helped me feel more in control. Charlotte also helped me see work based scenarios from others perspectives, especially in terms of my head teacher.
All in all I found the coaching experience to be a very helpful and rewarding experience. Charlotte’s warm, freindly manner is able to put you at ease. Through careful listening and questioning she enables you to talk through a situation and come to your own conclusions. During a very challenging time her help and guidance was an invaluable tool to guide me through. Thank You Charlotte.”
